During my last trip to the Netherlands I had a wonderful opportunity to photograph with an amazing group of talanted people, Brett Florens, Selena Colpa, and Ceylin Jong. We did a bridal styled photo session featuring a stunning dress by Enzoani and floral bouquets by local florists, Anggrek Amsterdam.

We started our shoot outside the city center by beautiful green walls. We picked this simple yet elegant green backdrop to make Enzoani gown and flowers to stand out.

Beautiful Ceylin was a perfect model for this gorgeous Enzoani gown. Makeup artist and hair stylist, Selena Colpa, did an amazing job styling Ceylin for the shoot.

No trip to the Netherlands would be complete without stopping by one the nation’s iconic windmills. Fortunately, there are hundreds of these monumental machines dotted around the country. So, our second setup was a beautiful Windmill located not far from our first setup.

Our third setup took place in the heart of beautiful Amsterdam. During my city tour a couple of days before the shoot I was amazed by postcards and paintings of local artists displaying beautiful streets of Amsterdam. Inspired by the local art, I decided to create my own postcard featuring beautiful architecture of Amsterdam, luxurious canal houses, charming gabled facades, beautiful bridges, and cute bicycles.

Amsterdam is a city that comes alive at night. I absolutely loved the lights, the shadows, the reflections, the way life on the streets change. There is something romantic about the way Amsterdam looks at night and I am glad I could capture it as well.

It was a great experience working with talented people in one of the most beautiful cities of Europe. The shoot was a success, images turned out exactly as I wanted, and companies that we worked with (Enzoani, Anggrek Amsterdam, Reveal Your Beauty, Elinchrom, and Vibesta) were absolutely happy with the results.
